  The free campsite is rock hard, and be warned of you pitch a tent here, the cheap-skate grey nomads will be sneering and sniggering so loudly, you'll hear them over their tv's.

  Also, be warned there is NO unleaded fuel available at Burden Junction, despite what the local police may tell you! Thankfully there is mobile range and NRMA road service, when the flock of mean spirited nomads simply laugh. Don't expect any help unless you look like one if the club.

  Great looking spot set up for free camping. Stopped in to make our lunch and have a look.

  The bore water was just warm (if you snuggled up to the outlet where it splashed out) ok if you’re the only person there (which I was)

  Great peaceful stay. Area for dogs to run loose providing you are with them n clean up after them. Great to get into the bore water again makes you feel better. Showers toilets etc n a donation is appreciated. Given the chance we will b back.

  Burden Junction Bore Baths are substandard in comparison to Lightning Ridge. The steps and surfaces are slimy and the massive concrete lump in the middle of the pool is intrusive.
